I have been on the Carpet Galleria team for over 6 years. Prior to Managing the Beulah showroom, I served the company as the Operations Manager, in charge of the entire customer service and installation organization. I also worked directly with the General Manager in contract sales. As your Showroom Manager, I am eager to get to know you and find out how Carpet Galleria can continue to best serve your floor-covering needs.
With over nineteen years of experience in the floor-covering industry, I have the knowledge and experience necessary to provide you with professional, hometown service. Moreover, my training is backed by certification from both the Carpet and Rug Institute of America and the National Flooring Association. Rest assured that I am committed to providing you with the high quality service you expect and deserve as a client of Carpet Galleria.
My wife and I and our two daughters have lived in the Traverse City area for over 15 years. Our family enjoys many outdoor activities including boating, fishing, camping and snowmobiling. Northwest lower Michigan has been a wonderful place to work and raise my family.
